Terms of service
Promese is operated by Yuzitongze Technology Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd. It helps organizations manage contractual delivery, work items, evidence and acceptance.
Accounts and organizations
Users must provide account identifiers they control and protect passwords, verification codes and authenticators. Organization administrators manage membership and permissions.
Content and delivery
Users must have lawful rights to contracts, evidence, materials and comments they submit. Content is processed only to provide, secure and recover the service and to run AI features enabled by users.
AI assistance
AI output may be inaccurate. Governed changes require approval. Acceptance, permissions, invitations and deletion are never decided automatically by AI.
