Information we process
We process account identifiers, names, organization roles, session and audit data, and content submitted for tasks, delivery and acceptance.
Purposes
Information is used for authentication, access control, delivery management, security, notifications, recovery and AI features enabled by users. Searchable email addresses and phone numbers use deterministic hashes while source values are encrypted.
AI and automation
Tenant content is not used to train public models. AI runs are tenant scoped and retain tool, approval and output records. Decisions with material effects are not made solely by automation.
Retention and rights
Information is kept for the shortest period necessary, subject to legal, audit and immutable acceptance evidence requirements. Users may request access, correction, deletion, closure or withdrawal of consent.
This document should be reviewed by the operator before material changes are released.
